The cheques/POs must be made payable to M. J. Emerson. Please don't address orders/cheques to me! Remember to include the following information when sending orders:

• Your name and address;
• Which video(s) you wish to purchase (this will apply more when I make more videos!);
• Your email address (in case I need to contact you);
• Your payment (obviously!);
• Your signature, and confirmation you are over 18 years of age.
